The world that you live in...

Personally, right now... I think society fucking sucks.
Kids are going around, beating the shit out of other kids for their own entertainment.
Killing other people, animals, children, etc. Just for fun.
It's sick, the world we live in will never get better I believe, and I am afraid it is just a downfall from here on.

Which is sad to think of, but I am losing care for the world, fuck it. It's all going to be gone soon anyways, society just sickens me lately.

People are getting away with a lot more crimes then they were before, which brings me to the conclusion that the government should bring back the public executions, just imagine...

People would learn that way... "This guy killed another man, therefore, he is going to be hung from this noose in front of you all today." People would be sickened by that fact, but the ones that hear about it and see it will never do the things that person did... People will get caught eventually, all the famous murderers did at some point in their life.

I think that would help a lot.

Also, just simply this... If somebody beats the shit out of somebody and gets caught and shit, the victim gets to legally beat the shit out of the person who did it to them, it would be a great idea in my opinion, you may disagree.

I think the world is slowly falling apart right in front of all our eyes, and nobody gives a fuck anymore.

I think a huge fallacy is anyone who thinks that the world is any worse than it has ever been. It's basically the same (humanity at least), except with new terms of "civilisation" and new technological advances.

There's no slavery anymore, but there are suicide bombers and nuclear bombs.

I totally agree, theres journalism projects at my uni that are being focused on getting a campaign going on a certain subject. Knife and Gun crime seems to be popular at the moment.

Well, it's because today's criminals are getting wiser to the techniques used to catch them. Therefore finding ways around the problem of going to jail.

We don't have capital punishment over in the UK, for the fact that we killed too many people that were innocent.

Not totally disagree, but the fact is, a lot of the time, the person is much weaker and in some cases, revenge can be taken too far, and then that person who gets revenge could ultimately kill them. And what if the person is destroye din some way, like paralyzed?

Another person made the point of technology. We see more, we see into other peoples lives that we never could have witnessed before. I've been bullied so many times, I've been in exile so many times. It's never fun to get bullied, but there is always this thing called revenge. I remember when I got my revenge on this one bully, it felt so great.

I didn't have the care in the world, but as of right now, I still don't. I'm between hate and kindness. It's kinda hard to describe what I really hate and I really like. I haven't been making many friends lately, and like what you said, I started to hate people around me for obvious reasons.

Aye, I see what you're saying and all. I agree with your original statement to an extent, some people just need to go have fun, but there are obviously situations where it goes a little deeper than that.
Also, I relate to some of that stuff you've said, and even though it's a few years since I've been intentionally bullied, it still stings when I get insulted, because it brings back the old feelings.

I have been too, but I have overcome it, mostly by not caring about school, or things like popularity/girls (it's odd, when you stop caring about girls they start coming to you). Once you detach yourself from the bullshit like bullying, or things that get you bullied, it's easy to see positive things in life. You should not care about being accepted. Their acceptance of you has no impact on your life, and the less you care about being accepted, the more you probably will be; that is, after high school ends anyway.

High school is the most bullshit period of your life, and the less fake you are the better off you will be in your future years.
