I've been trying to learn.
My usual style with the mouse looks alright, but my drawing is more limited when I can't draw straight to the screen.

I animate with a Tablet now, I only use the brush tool (apart from the colours, eraser and select tools).I suppose if you had msn I could help you out. That's if I have time.

I have a tablet by I ususally use the line tool haha. This is all done with the line and the paint tool. http://www.truploader.com/view/115991 No need to draw when you have the line tool! Woohoo!

I animate with a tablet. Here's a suggestion on how to use it: move the pen over the pad.
PHILOSOPHICAL BULLSHIT Sig made by me. PM me for one, I may just make it. I also do Adobe After effects and make maps for Gmod.
Sorry it took so long to reply, just exporting some of my work to show here.
Though this was done with the line tool, and my tablet.

Are you saying you want a tutor who can teach you how to use a tablet? Because there's nothing to it, really. Drawing on a tablet is nearly the same as drawing on paper.

This. Just take some art classes or something, you need to work on being able to draw at all first, and then it'll be easy to translate on-paper drawings onto your tablet.

I animate with a tablet! I love it and I continuously shout at and berate my mouse for being a stupid pile of Compaq shit. I'll have to mend our relationship soon though since my Wacom belongs to my high school...
Had it for 3 years anyway. :P
