Hello Newgrounds, I pose a question to you.
When is a flash file too big and would make viewers quit on waiting for it to load?
I have been working on a flash for a while now simply for practice but I have recently been thinking of submiting it to your site. However there is a slight dilema regarding its size.
You see when i started this flash i didn't like the frames per second rate and thus experimented with different speeds. In the end a I choose 40 frames per second, which is now that I have realized too much for the simple flash animation I have made. In the end I made a Flash which is 83 seconds long, has 3330 frames and a file size of 281 KB and I fear this will result in very few viewer counts for a first time flash animation.
So please, tell your thoughts on this, if you actually read everythingjavascript:MakeSmileySelection (12);
