Just curious about this one:
I used the in-game cheat to unlock the Chicken ability in Heretic, and when I use it, it doesn't trigger the medal. Do I have to find the Morph Ovum normally in game then use it to get the medal?

The medals will stay locked when you're using cheats if i remembr correctly.

I don't know why but the last medal was supposed to unlock, even shows up on the screen but yet it didn't appear in my profile. To make things worse, it didn't seem to be the issue for many other users aside from one of the reviewers, what gives?
Being that the game resets after it gets turned off, I don't think I want to waste my time trying to get ti again since if it didn't unlock now, what make me think it will unlock then?
