Ah, missed that one. But it seems like more of the same ol' song and dance... unlocking in game, not in profile. Also, for some reason, I got a message on the game saying I cheated, so I'm bombarded with ads, which is odd, because I can't figure out for the life of me what I did to constitute the game thinking that I was cheating.

Is it possible to blow thru the red wall once you get all the items. I think the desk to make them is already closed off as I backtracked and couldn't find it......

You have to use the desk to put them all together. There's no way around that. You have to backtrack to almost the begging of the level. It's the first ladder, and you have to go all the way up it, and you'll see the desk.

I'm a little further along, and I'm praying that I almost done with this torture.

I know I have to get to the desk. Problem is by the time I find the dynamite the exit to that area with the dynamite is already blocked off......

The medals popup in the game and show up on the games page, but not on my profile page. I know this is happening to a lot of games and other users have mentioned it, but does anyone know if/when anyone is going to do anything about this problem?

PsychoGoldfish already did something about the previous ones ( link ).
Not sure if he knows about the new ones.

Well, it's not just this game that's still doing the same thing to me. There are still some others that unlock the medals on the page but not in my profile.

Same here, so you're not alone on that. Hopefully it'll be fixed soon, because while I appreciate Psycho Goldfish's efforts, they didn't seem to take for me.
