I think I shouldn't have added that medal for Epic mode.
It seems to be ruining the game for a lot of people :/

Don't be discouraged, a good game, no matter how hard, is not discouraging, so long as it's not like "Beat the game on every single mode without using a single magic attack or getting hit once... in fifteen minutes."
Remember, while normal people play a game to entertain themselves, others use it as a means for masochism. =P

the medal really isn't the problem. It's the overall gameplay which gets boring after a while.

May I suggest a "skip battle animations" button for people who have completed the game? I know the art is beautiful but after 3 times of dying on Goku on epic mode I'd like to go through as fast as possible.

I totally agree. I generally watch the cut scenes, but sometimes I just want to get to the action, Especially when I am playing for the tenth or twentieth time.

I can't get more than 50 packs of cigs in Nightmare mode of Stamper's Quest. Does anyone have any tips other than 'luck' and 'practice'?

Try holding left down without jumping, if you get hit it wont count,it worked for me when I was playing.

I think there might be a bug with Barbarian bob. I was going for the invincibob medal, and killed about 30 or so enemies without taking damage. I finally got hit with an arrow and I noticed it didn't register on the health meter. A little bit afterward, I know I should have taken a hit from one of the armored enemies but again no damage.

By now I'm in the castle right before the last boss and I still have full health meter. Even if I purposely let the enemies hit me I still had no damage taken off. I defeated the last boss and it awarded me the invincibob medal.

Strange. Anyone else experience something like this while playing Barbarian?

This happened to me before when I finish started playing that game, except I died once and then I didn't take any damage, though on the last level fight the game got all screwed up and I ended up fighting on midair.

yes the difficulty was definitely lowered because when it came out i could barely get through the armor. now i got all the medals no problem. and mash a,s,d buttons during that. another piece of advice is when you get hit and get sent flying, push up or down to avoid being hit over and over. the first version you couldn't do this which is why it was so difficult.

I don't get how the TKO works. I've dazed him a dozen times by now before I destroyed his armor, where's my medal? what am I doing wrong?

My first damage was right after the first boss, when I was unable to shield off an arrow in time. I know I was hit but it never registered on the health meter.

Inadvertently I ended up beating the game with a full health bar.

No way! That medal is perfect (and I'm not only saying that 'cause I just earned it).

To those of you struggling to complete Epic Battle Fantasy on Epic mode, put your emphasis on survival. Keep those buffs up (both defense and magic defense) and only attack with one of your characters if you can end the turn at (near) full hp without them healing you.

Well you need to play the game for atleast 1 hour and then you will know every move and you will be abel to defeat him as i did and get some achviements dont forgget if your a good dogger you can doge his spin attack and waith for your shield to regenerade up and for that u can do too him some damage with kisses in one spot and dont forgget deflect the cannon balls 3 deflecte balls on him and his stunned for like 7 sec.

Finally 4310 points on me yay i finally beat the game with darnell not dying thanks bug/LOl ya on the last level there was a bug that i felt down in the ground and my only change was to air attack him alot and he finally died(oh yeah pico you got owned)

Not ruining, but you might wanna get the HP down for the enemies a bit. The extra HP does not really make the battles that much more diffecult, it just makes the battles lengthier and more boring.

I didn't see anyone got TKO, and I know he can be knocked by bouncing three regular canonballs.

Ok now l officially suck at that RPG, l can't even beat it on easy, but l have say on my defense that the game has no savepoints (WHY HO WHY) and is insanely hard at any difficulty at some point (read: giant black tetal robot).
