I didn't beat him in the corners. I did it RIGHT IN THE FUCKIN MIDDLE. All I did was the regular attack, and when I finally finished him, it just showed him spewing blood for half an hour.
I really don't want to go through that shit again, unless there's a faster way of killing him. Takes like 15 minutes per each health bar to go down
Well he ALWAYS freezes on Hybrid, but rarely, although I have had it happen to me on Slayer and Impossible, does he freeze on other levels. Just retry again. The level takes a max of 6 minutes on even Impossible if you've upgraded whichever weapon you're using at least 9 times and use the auto machine gun when you shoot at him. The strategy is to literally run end to end of the level and shoot at him, then when he gets close just Down+D him through and keep hitting it until you freeze for the rock to fall then start right back up again. Run all the way to the wall and shoot and repeat. The longer it takes for him to walk to you, the more damage you will do when you finally hit him. So be patient and let him walk all the way to you isntead of stopping halfway across the map.
The only faster way to beat him, but it's also dangerous, is to Down+D him back and forth continuously. It works and is a bit faster than the other way but you have to be quick enough and well times to turn back around on him and start attacking again before he strikes you. Good luck man.
