Try to play in pop-up mode. It usually solves it. If they still don't work, clear your cache and reload the page, then try again.

That's weird. It must be a glitch for you because it's very easy to get. You're supposed to get it the first time you go into space.

Also, you have the World's edge medal; does that mean it works now?

I guess the space once is glitched for me. I can confirm that the world's edge medal works but apparently it is still glitched for some. I may clear my data and try for the space medal again.

I doubt it. He has a glitch where he can't get the "In Space" medal, so maybe the same thing allows him to get the "World's Edge" medal.

Either way, it isn't working properly.

Apparently the sequel to A Small Favor comes out next week, and it's probably going to have medals (I would assume).

I meant games that Tom mentions in newposts, like Zeebarf's games, or popular games, like NG Rumble. I doubt every medal game would be featured on there, but I think Tom and the other people who run the site might plan to make this a regularly updated feature, having communication with well-known game authors.

Just read through all the posts and am i the only one who got the In Space medal?

All i did was launch the turtle with the 3rd cannon i think and soon as i hit the stars i got the medal.

I got In Space but not the 100 pointer. I even played a game where I went the entire distance, and died, without touching the ground. I also got hit by a sun (it does say A, not THE) about 50 times before Icarus finally registered.

What's this tank bug people are talking about? The game saves your data, so you should start out where you left off.

I didn't have any problem with it either, I used the 2nd cannon and a rock jet pack.

I must be lucky then, ive been avoidin most of the medal glitches. Still got 4 more medals to go, but i might just wait for the bug fix before gettin those ones.

i think that a game is highlighted if it has a great score and a lot of views.
but i may be wrong.

the Ufo one is a major pain. It's actually not hard, just all by chance. You'll get it sooner or later probaly, I just got it by a lucky shot when i went for the 264k ft medal (which btw pissed me off cause i had 260k ft before the UFO abducted me. Bad timing much!?)

I got lucky that I hit it by accident. I just floated in space for a little while and bang! I'm still trying to find the frieking sun! 264K is indeed broken.

I think most people have it. You pretty much get it automatically if you're upgrading everything. That is, unless you have a glitch.

Some people have started the game, without having played before, and started with the tank. It happened to me back when the medals were glitched.

It's about as hard to get as the sun medal. It's a small target, you just need to be lucky.

Not necessarily. I'd assume that Tom would need to see some sort of progress before approving a game for medals, so the featured game might be based off of his personal selection. "Toss the Turtle" was featured almost immediately after passing judgement, so it wouldn't have had a lot of views at the time. "Journey of Reemus" and "William and Sly" seem to support that. Tom made a newspost about each one around the time it was released and it was featured on the front page.

But you're right, no one really knows. This is all speculation. I just think it would be nice to have a new medal game every week.

anybody have abny tips to help get the medals in toss the turtle to work? I've gotten a couple of the more basic ones but they never seem to get added for me. Is this a common problem among certain medals or is there something I need to do?

Nevermind I figured it out.

264k is not broken.

I just reloaded the game and got the space medal on my first launch so it appears to be working.

All that remains for me is the sun medal but I have not even seen the sun. Anyone have any advice?

Yeah, the 264k isn't broken. I just stayed in the air with the Ak for that distance and presto medal.

anybody know how to get the secret button medal??
