I was fully upgraded, shot straight up and used all boosts but still did not get the medal. Do you see something special on your screen when you enter space or do you just see the number of "feet" increasing.

There must be some randomness to it, because I can't do it again, but I saw stars and galaxies and general "space" stuff in the background.

Confirming this, I got 450000, and it didn't give me WorldsEdge medal

Starting with the NG Tank was a glitch from when it broke ealier

I did when the game was glitched, but not when I could actually get medals.

anyways, is the medals that need you to play for hours is based on continous playing or you can take breaks?

anybody have any hits on how to get the Icarus medal? like what cannon you need etc.

You can take breaks, the game has an auto-save feature and tracks all stats (including time played). The UFO medal is a bitch to get, also, is it possible to get the Icarus medal yet?

the sun is between the ground and the space. it's a little far from the ground, but is closer to the space.

That's it for me today, I only need the UFO one and the broken 100 pointer.

get over 1,000,000 feet in total, i just got it, basically just go as far as you can for as long as you can and youll get it

I personally had the super cannon (the one before the golden cannon) and used the AK47 to keep me far from the ground. I hit the sun somewhere at 122,000 feet high up in the air. Don´t know if it´s set there or if it´s random, but that might give you a clue on where to find it.

I had only the super cannon, automatic shotgun, and jetpack. It was weird. I hit something, and then I was able to keep myself going up by hitting the "W" key; I got as high as 400 feet above the screen before I decided to let go of the key. Is this normal?

Also, no medal for 264,000 feet...

This time I got up to 2000 feet above the screen. It seems that by keeping yourself above the screen with the auto-shotgun and using the jetpack at the highest point possible, you can get some sort of infinite jetpack glitch. Weird.

Well, I started over the game, and apparently I still have the tank, and first launch I got all the distance medals except for the glitched 100 pointer. I dunno if this is considered an exploit, however I'm resetting my data so I can get the 100 point one fairly when(If) it's fixed.

I guess it's just random, or there's more than one sun respectively. I got the medal when I was somewhere at 40k or 50k feet (didn't get as far as 122,000 yet). Too bad it didn't register. :(
At least I now have my Traveler medal. :)

And if you find a suitcase with a million dollars on the street, are you also gonna leave it there and try to earn it the fair way? :p I know it´s probably less fun to get the medals that way, but really, you guys are just too fair and honest for your own good sometimes.

On a side note: That WORLDSEDGE medal isn´t working for me either. And I saw the UFO at about 110,000 feet, but missed it =(

I also deleted the data after getting the tank bug, but earning money got so slow that I regret doing it ;/

I was hoping you all could help me with something. Recently I started playing Turtle toss. None of the medals i've earned are showing. Why is this happening? Does it take a bit of time for them to register?
