Will the results be posted in a thread as well? I won't be home on the 25th.
yes, they will be posted in this thread as soon as they have been announced in the radioshow (or within a few hours at least - same goes for the top 4 submissions who'll get frontpage, they'll be up within a few hours or so)

Well take your time. I understand it's a lot of work to run one of these. Just don't surprise us like you did with this comp.
Perhaps another poll is in order?
the backbone of the MAC have always been to serve flash-authors, or aimed to be that anyway. i personally aint all too keen on throwing another "generic DnB/trance/house/whatever contest", simply because it's boring to make them. if i spend time making something, an important factor is that i think it's fun to do it myself, othervice i won't do it. other equally important factors are what "season" it is, or what's going on in the world, what's going on on NG etc etc.
what i personally would like to see with the MACs is more flash-collabs, kindof like the TANKMEN-themed contest, or the CC-themed one.
im not saying one way or another, the above is my personal opinion and thoughts from when i first started the contest (initially one "open theme" contest/year was the thought, the genre-contests weren't supposed to be at all), but times change, of course. however, i haven't been making the MAC's for quite some time, and thisone was unfortunatley heavily delayed when LJC dissapeared into RL. i won't be making contests every month, that's simply way too much work.
frankly, just making the contest, forming the rules etc. takes alot of time - everytthing have to be tip-top from when the contest is launched (since we cant edit posts),
and then there's the judging process that's very time-consuming, and that can be frustrating if there are judges who doesn't show up with any results to the set deadline.
It's been awesome when MR took over and managed the contests for some time, and that's part of the initial thought too, that ther ewould be a crew that could help each other out and where one individual could take more responcibility one month, and do alot less the next.
it's great that the contest and the concept have lived this far, and hopefully there will be more contests coming up. who'll be managing them is another question though. for a contest to be "trademarked" MAC a few basic things must apply tho ;)
all in all, the future will tell what contests will happen, and who will be managing them.
