Mine is currently..
Major: Hardware Engineer
Minor: Software Engineer
I choose these two for a few reasons, one the market for them isn't over populated, like it is for web design and things you can learn at any community college, or trade school, and it's actually something I find a bit of interest in.
I'd go a bit more in-depth with it all, but it would take up pages of posts, anyways though..
Purpose: Discuss your major, a change in it, or what you'd like to do. <3

I started software engineering last year but realized it wasn't nearly as good as I thought it'd be, in fact it sucked. So this year I'm doing management. Way better. For me anyway.

This weekend is actually when I'm submitting my Application for Admission to Olympic College.
I still have a while before I pick my major, but I'm thinking of getting my Associate's degree in Applied Science.

We don't have majors and minors in the UK, we basically just have a single degree subject which is followed over the course of 3 years (or however long your chosen degree is).
My degree (so I suppose the equivalent of my "major") is English Literature. I'm going to do a law conversion course afterward and then perhaps a masters degree in law... if I feel up to it.

Major: Drawing
I guess these two describe it best.
Fine artists create original art. They specialize in one or two art forms, such as painting, illustrating, sketching, sculpting, printmaking, and restoring. Many fine artists have a second job as a curator or teacher.
Sketch artists draw using pencil, charcoal, or pastels. Their work can be used by many different people for a wide range of purposes.

I'm an animation major with a minor in game design. The games I'll be making will not be child friendly so be on the look out.

The program I'm going in for, you don't really have a major/minor.
Get a nice fancy diploma saying I can fix Ford cars mighty good, and two years (hopefully) towards becoming a journeyperson. Also goes towards me getting a red seal (is like REALLY GOOD if you get one).
However, I can specialize in types of engines/hybrids/electrical/whatnot.
SO I GUESS...
Major in diesel small car engines. :3

Major: Political Science
Minor: Pre-Law
I am studying to go to law school when I graduate. I chose Political Science as my major because those are the courses I do well in and most law schools only care about how high of a GPA you have, not what specific program you are in.
I have always been intrigued by law enforcement as well, so if law school doesn't work out, most of my pre-law classes would be able to move into the criminal justice program anyway.

I'm intending to major in Biological Sciences, or perhaps switch to Biochemistry after my second year. So far I've just applied though, so nothing is for certain.

Dual Bachelor's in Digital Art and Computer Science.
I'll probably end up working in the video game field to some extent.

My major is Biology, and I may have a minor in English kicking around somewhere. Heaven knows why.
Biology will be a rewarding major, but it involves a lot of work. Too much chemistry for my tastes.

Turns out that like immediately after posting I got early admission to Biological Sciences at the University of Calgary. Sweet tits!

I'm the flip opposite of Malachy.
Major: Law
Minor: Political Science
However, I actually work in law and passed the bar exam, so in that sense I'm a bit further ahead of him.

I am not currently studying at any school, per se, but I am learning gemology, assorted contracting skills, electronics engineering, circuitry, general computer maintenance, operation and hardware, marketing, automotive and social skills working with my dad.
I study martial arts and would eventually like to compete professionally and teach, although that's probably not gonna happen anytime soon.
I enjoy philosophy, art and music making.
I am a connoisseur of mindsets, predominantly natural but occasionally artificial.
I suppose I am majoring in an inundation of everything. I would find it very difficult to dedicate my career and life to anything other than martial arts, as I prefer to move freely throughout this dream,

Majoring in Psychology right now, no minor.
Soon as that's done I plan to get my Masters of Business Administration and get some sort of managerial job (since there's like, no money is psych unless you take the clinical/medical route, which I've never been interested in). I'm thinking PR would be a sweet deal.
