That's an acid lead and I believe Z3ta+ has some of those presets. It's best to make your own in TS404. Google Acid tutorial TS404.

it's just a 303 with a gate on it and some filtering. you could make that in pretty much any vst, the easiest to make it in though would probably be whatever program you make your music in. I know tbl is good for 303s and rebirth is about as close as you're gonna get to the original 303 because it was designed with the same "circuitry"
