Really, im not even sure how people get selected to vote. I think I read last monthly voting news post that you need to rate every day for that month to be able to vote.

Looks fantastic, everyone seemed to be very happy to meet Egoraptor. I tried searching youtube for "swain megacon" but no luck, poor Swain! Blockhead needs to go viral, haha :P

Luka has posted a Newgrounds London Meet IV video, while Luis is also pretty much done with his London Meet Mega-Site full of pictures and stories from the event.

Awesome. I'd seriously watch all the raw footage if it was available.. fantastic meet.

Fantastic game, the Medals look great too. I can't wait til they're available in more games, ones that I'm not so bad at maybe ^_^

Although it's not perfect, it's not a very unique theme, the assets and programming aren't perfect.. it's very very cool to see a young kid experimenting with things like that. Hopefully we'll see more things from that guy :)

This was a good month. Lots of nice flash, and Portal Defenders was my number one pick. Can't wait for the medal system to be available for others to use, as long as there's some sort of system in place to prevent 10000 point "Successful Loading!" awards.

Damn, I want to go to these meet ups but I no way am gonna have the money for the plane tickets anytime soon. You should have a NG meetup in Boston, it's a wicked fun city sometimes. Takes me like 20 mins to get into Boston and there is tons of places to go. Hardrock Cafe would be such a cool place and it'd be pretty funny there. So, ya come visit Boston soon. (You probably gotta get through the rest of the list of other meetups first, dont you?)

I hope medals are limited only to developers with good credentials, like those with at least 3 submissions and have 3.5+ batting average with a solo submission of at least that score. Or if they got review crew picked, or daily featured. I do not want the portal to get flooded by entries with a million pointless medals staring at me. :/

Speaking of Luis, have you played Portal Defenders yet??? It's the first game on Newgrounds to feature in-site medals, aka achievements or whatever you want to call them. Yes, they exist on Xbox 360 and some other sites, but the system built by PsychoGoldfish actually dates back to work he did on his site for Alloy: Arena in 2004, where the game logged achievements such as "hang time" on the Goldfish's scoreboards. Yeah I'm being defensive right now but it never hurts to have a little history. Goldfish has revamped and improved the system for Newgrounds and it will soon be available to more developers!

Both the game and that feature are awesome. I need to go back and play it more to get them all.

Also Tom, do me a favor and don't add the "Points" to the user statistics. Like, don't make a top 10 most points user list or something, it would make people go crazy and play every game with that system just to be in the top ten in some list, and that shouldn't be the purpose of achievements.
