medium rare is the true balance suckers

I like mine medium-rare.

The more you cook it, the less protein will be left in the meat after the peptides start binding to eachother.

Steak well done = Completely destroyed (In nutritional terms)

Depending on quality would decide if I want hot sauce or A1 on it but if it's good quality there's no need for anything extra. Medium is what I usually ask for, but i'm not that picky either way on how it's done.

from a really expensive restaurant, cooked medium.. but also i had a steak from a tepenyaki place, and it was done with garlic butter and sliced into pieces, was really good as i dont normally like steak that has a sauce, im sure everyone at the restaurant would agree about the steak tho!

I'll eat anything from a medium rare to a medium well.

When I cook steak, it usually winds up as medium-medium well, but that's probably got something to do with my habit of frequently setting fire to the meat in question.

It depends. If I'm cooking the meat myself or I'm just at a normal restaurant I'll usually have rare to medium rare or if I'm at a slightly more fancy place I'll either have carpaccio (really thinly sliced raw beef) or blue steak.

Medium Rare, I don't like getting tape worms, but I love the steak's "juice".
