Good point. What resolution do you play at?
Laptop: 1280 x 800 (14" wide)
Desktop: 1680 x 1050 (22" wide)
Why does everyone manage to have a monitor that is at least above 17" wide? Anyways, around a week ago, I beat unreal tournament 3. It was an awesome game, too bad all models were highly distorted. But to overcome the lack of .bik file processing, I just watched all of the game-movies on youtube.
Ouch. In some games, movies are the key.
Yeah, I didn't know what was going on. Pretty important factors when it comes to the storyline that the movies guide.
Also, I will be receiving a new game. TES3, unlike TES4 Oblivion, will run a lot faster on my computer. Instead of godlike graphics and slow frame rates I get on Oblivion, I'll be getting the opposite. Since TES3 Morrowind was made in the 90's, instead of 2004(Or was it 2005), it should work awesomely. I mean, it may look bad, but managing to get a steady 50+ FPS sounds extremely awesome.
Requirements for The Elder Scrolls IV: Oblivion
512 MB system RAM
2.0 GHz processor
128 MB video card
8x DVD-ROM drive
4.6 GB hard disk space
And for The Elder Scrolls III: Morrowind
Windows XP/2000 - 256 MB RAM, 500 MHz Intel Pentium III, Celeron, AMD Athlon or better processor, 8x CD/DVD-ROM Drive, 1 GB free hard disk space, DirectX 8.1 (included), 32 MB Direct3D compatible video card with 32-bit color support, DirectX 8.1 compatible driver, and Hardware Transform & Lighting support, DirectX 8.1 compatible sound card
Morrowind takes half that RAM, around one fourth of the processor. Same speed, but runs on a CD Drive also, less than one fourth of Hard Disk space needed, and only one fourth of the video card needed. This is going to be awesome. And to think, $23 in total, shipping included.
