disney, now when people used to say disney i used to think Bambi, Snow White, Cinderella etc
now when people say disney i think the jonas brothers and hannah montana and high school musical

i mean now days all disneys veiwers care about is a pretty face and a hot body, most of these guys dont even have talent. take the jonas brothers for example, they can maybe play say 5 chords tops.

i rekon just as long as disney produces it millions of screaming mind less fan girls will instantly love it no matter what it is. i rekon we should show them some TALENT.

DISNEY, if your not making classic cell animations and half of your stuff is music i say atleast produce some decent shit. get the next zepplin or acdc hell get some green day or sex pistols for all i care just get some decent music into kids iPods.

Actual problem - CGI entirely replacing cartoons. No. Because it spoils them with colours, details, crap that takes away from the simplicity and enjoyment of what it used to be. A simple, enertainment like a moving storybook. Not the godamn next big thing that your child must love or they'll be 'the freak'. Screw Disney for doing not only Hanna Montana, but CGI with Pixar to the extent it is.

Disney closed down their 2D-Animation division after the creation of Lilo & Stitch + the following series/direct-to-TV/DVD movies. :/

Pretty sad how the Disney company which relied on 2D Animation to get started no longer creates any; Walt would be very disappointed.

If ixintro is right and Disney is reopening their 2D animation studio, then maybe, JUST MAYBE, Disney has realized that maybe Hannah Montana and the Jonas Brothers aren't what the people want anymore. We want what made Disney Disney in the first place, 2D movies that everyone went to watch.
