Ok, seeing as almost everyone on this forum is giving you no help whatsoever, I'll give you a few tips.

1. Get away from madness, leave that to Krinkles, nobody cares if it's a 'tribute'.
2. Madness is slowly becoming a completely unoriginal idea. Just let Krinkles do his work and stop copying him.
3. Try designing your own characters.
4. Try thinking of your own base ideas. Heck, make a tutorial or two.
5. Please do not behave like a 5 year old on the forums. On the BBS you can expect a few people to hate you. People don't treat you nicely even if you are new.
6. Your character is WAY too over-designed. Keep it simple.

Way too many weapons can't really see the character, also tone it down a bit.

but i loved xionico's workhave you even seen one characeter? this is xero, i still can' t belive my simple post is becoming a popular hate thread which everyone can throw their anger at me because they have realife issues

thanks's but the thing is the crosses are trademark's but don't worry I'm planning to have two characters with animated eyes. And thanks for not being harsh

But mate, it's not your trademark, it's Krinkels!

Try to put some distance between your characters and madness don't straight out copy somebodies idea [the idea being madness] try making an original, something nobody ever made before...or at least don't slap "Madness tribute" on it.

Your art looks fine.

The bottom right one is pretty cool. I'd develop that one if I were you

This makes no difference from a normal Madness tribute. Even if you make an original character, it's still unoriginal. As long as it is based on Madness. You can maximize your drawing potential by making your own characters. There are no limits when you make something 100% genuinely yours.

I honestly think there are waay too many weapons and you are too focused on detail, as many others have said. It will be very hard working with him just to create a smooth walking animation though.
