After listening to Unreal's DKC2 remix, I wanted to make my own,
its dance thought, you guys might not like it, but here's what I got so far:

Okay, I changed my MGS entry a tad bit to still have a desolated feel, but now with war drums that would make even your dead great grand mother wanna pick up her sticks.

I really like it.

Unfortunately, I can't really see Smash Bros going with it. Perhaps if you increased the tempo a bit more ti could make it better.

I think it needs more melody and less seemingly random electronica. The electronic sounds drown out the piano and are somewhat painful because of it.

Not at all here, I'm trying to make this one song, but I might instead work on another. Could I see a current list of songs slots taken up to figure out where I want to go to try something new?

Gah.. my nostalgic soft spot is crumbling. I think I'll try a song from Starfox - no garrentee's yet though, I'll notify you when I have something solid.

Ooh i wanna join :D This seems fantastic. I'm willing to do Starfox,Kirby or Megaman. Tekken seems a possible intresting remix aswell. Most of all i want to do A Banjo Kazooie remix :( But that's obviously taken already. I'm going to make a remix anyways so maybe you want to use it or not, that will be your decision. On the other games, you can fill me in where i'm needed actually. I don't mind, while you need a variated sound library :). Maybe i can start a kirby or Tekken remix first and i'll see where that will end.

This seems to be going well actually, i wonder where it would end. Atleast it gives some of us motivation to make a VG remix.

Just a quick note : if you plan on doing a Kirby remix, don't take the Dedede battle/castle theme. I'm doing it at the moment.

I can't remember if the second Pokemon spot has been taken or not, but if not, is THIS and important enough song to get in? I'm working on remixing it at the moment. =)

If you want another Final Fantasy song (despite 2 already being done, maybe an unlockable or something) I did an 8-bit arrangement of the FF5 Battle on The Bridge - you can find it in my profile.

Yes probably. If you choose a battle theme, it would be good to pick the one most recognisable from the games. This one fits that category for D/P.

So, do you guys have a list of Finished songs that are already in the OST?

On this forum, you only keep a list with 'claimed' songs, perhaps it could come in handy to see what songs are finished yet ^^
