I am fucking mad as hell. I made The 1st scene animated everything. Made the second scene. When I checked my movie, the first scene was empty only the background worked. I checked the symbols (which I put into another folder in my library) and I saw only red blocks, no sprites that I animated!

Help please!! Otherwise all my work is fucked up...

Doesn't sound too hopeful. Do you get 'corrupted file' messages when you open the fla?
Don't know what to say except get into the habit of saving the fla every 20-30 minutes under a new filename, so you can go back to a previous version if things get screwed up or the program crashes.

Thank God before this I copied the .fla into another folder. Do you suggest that I Make Scenes in diffrent .fla's and in the end connect all of them together?

No good asking me, I never work with Scenes because they tend to cause problems with AS, particularly audio. I guess that should work, though.

Isn't there a revert function for the file somewhere in flash?

No, scenes does not cause problems with audio, bad streamed sounds do.
One thing that you should keep in mind is that scenes have issues when you work with them in actionscript in cs4, the publisher plain fails to generate proper metadata that the scripts would have needed. gotoAndPlay(x,y) is effectively unusable in cs4.
