I actually thought the guy a decent artist when he started coming around, but then as he posted more and more I began to realize that he really wasn't doing anything more than some advanced rendering tricks. And since he is rendering in Brice, a program meant for rendering, those "tricks" are mostly pre-built settings.
But I guess my complaining is somewhat pointless, He brings appealing pieces to the portal, and the masses are pleased. I guess, in the end, it truly doesn't matter if you actually have complicated modeling skills or not, but whether people like your stuff or not.
