ashes of the wake is pretty awesome, but i actually prefer older metal like iron maiden, black sabbath ect.

Fuck, I forgot Laid to Rest was in Guitar Hero. Lamb of God is starting to sell out, anyway, so I guess I don't really have a point to argue here. I got into these guys like four years ago, and it seems as soon as their shirts became available at Hot Topic, they sold out and started making boring music.

Let me rephrase my reply, though. Wrath isn't really as "boring," per se, as it is just so much less original than their earlier albums. They pushed too hard for the Southern metal feel and dropped some of their more death metal roots.
