It's pretty suspicious, especially for NG. I could understand my email, but Newgrounds? Why would you ask a bunch of societal rejects about your problems when you could get professional help somewhere else? Whatever it is, it's pretty fuckin' dumb.

So Newgrounds, I ask you one question, is it bullshit or legit?

As well as the link Rucklo posted earlier, check out the Snopes article on the so-called 419 scam for more further reading. It's been around for a few years, but it seems to be a bit of a fighter this one.

This should be put as a news item by Tom, not everyone is as intelligent and may actually fall for this. Tom needs to keep his visitors safe, this hurts him as well as the people directly involved.
