My friend is a douche!

Last sunday, me and two friends went skiing at a ski resort, and one of my friends (Ben) Always was trying to be in the popular crowd, trying to be cool, so I always thought he was sort of a dick. When we got there, me and Ben went to go on the terrain courses while the other friend that went was going to some other ones. While I was with Ben, I was skiing and he was snowboarding, and on one run, he fell down. He hit his back on the ground and said that it hurt, so he was just going to lay there for a second while I wait for him. After a few seconds, this indian guy comes full speed down the slope and somehow falls and both his skis come off flying down and one hits Ben right one the head. It was lucky he was wearing a helmet because I'm sure some of you know a ski is pretty hard and and can go really fast. But he was fine, he had a helmet. But a few seconds after it hits he shouts, "What the fuck?!" at the guy and rants, "Why the hell did you do that?!" And he said, "It was an accident" And Ben mutters, "What the fuck..." I just kind of stood there. When the guy and Ben were getting back up and ready to go down the slope, my friend says, "Go back to your motherland... we don't want you here..." Before the guy continues he says, "Sorry" and Ben then makes fun of the way he says sorry.

That's not all. When we met up with the other friend that went, we started skiing with him and on the chairlift once the other friend who is also skiing says, "One thing I hate about snowboarders is that most of them are rude teenagers." And Ben says, "I know!"

I think that he was being a huge dick. He even got mad and showed me a hardly visible scratch the ski made.
What do you guys think?

His parents are divorced, and whenever I'm in his car with his mom, whenever his mom says pretty much anything he says, "mom... just shut up.." Like when shes asking me if I had fun doing something.

Self-esteem problem right there. He probably has friends that you want to keep, that also hang out with him.

Unless you guys live in America, I don't think he really has any reason to tell the Indian to go back to his homeland.

I think you should have backed up the Indian instead of just standing there, after all, usually people will talk back and it eventually turns into a fight, but I guess the Indian didn't so your friend really is a douche.
