I got my ear pierced today and it looks really good :) It didn't even hurt!! The girl just said you will feel a little pull. She got out the gun, put it between my ear, and I heard a snap and a little pull, and it was it. There was a small sting, but that was all.
So, any guys here have ear rings?

I pierced my own ear- in the top part. The worst part of piercing your own ear using the needle method is feeling and hearing it go through the different layers of your ear.
Make sure you keep it clean, my cartilage piercing got infected due to lack of care, I just washed it with water and scraped the dried goo off whenever it built up....Piercing infection hurts like hell...
I ended up clearing it up with germolene in the end, I'd put it on at night, take it off in the morning and etc... Took about 2 weeks of pure hell.

I personally dont have anything pierced but I know it can be pretty risky make sure you do your research on the person doing it.

I am, after Highschool. And I also plan on getting a half-hoop ring with balll-bearings on it once I can get a new ring.

For some reason my ear hole closes pretty fast, I took it out for a day and it immediately started to close, Iv had it pierced for nearly 4 months now btw.

sweet dude, be sure to take care of it, i got my ear pierced a while back and didnt turn it every day, so i got a puss pocket in my ear and i had to get surgery to remove it

Cool :P I do plan on getting the other side down after Highschool, and as soon as I am allowed to take out the stud and put in a new ring (6 weeks from now), I am going to get a half-hoop ring with ball-bearings on the end. I'm not sure exactly what it is called, but this is what it looks like. I'm gonna get the balls in black :P
I have both my ears pierced and I have a bridge piercing. My bridge piercing hurt a little when I first got it.
