Look, your english is mad shitty. A rope doesn't hang you, unless you're talking about the execution form of hang, in which case the past tense would be hanged, not hung. You hang on to a rope. The rope is suspending you. You are hanging on to that rope. Which is why that horse is suspended, not hanged or hung.
