I´ve been wearing glasses for nearly 10 years now lol. Still, my eye´s aren´t that bad compared to other peoples. I´m short sighted -2.5.

I always use contacts now though, unless i´m gonna be at home all day, then i just leave my glasses on - like today --o-o--

I wear glasses. For about 3 years now. I always had the shitty thin metal ones. Really bad idea since they bend easily, and break easy. Last year I decided to get the hard plastic ones. and I'm still wearing the same pair without breaking it at all. And besides if they do break I have a good friend called crazy glue.

Woah, what did you do to them? Like i said i´ve been wearing glasses nearly 10 years now, and i think i´ve only had......3 pairs of glasses. The ones i have right now are more than 5 years old. The frame's paint has started to peel off and the little silicone bits that sit on your nose have fallen off.

So i think i´ll have to buy some new ones soon. They´re just quitexpensive.

I got glasses about a month ago. Apparently I've been so nearsighted for 3 years that had I attempted to get my driver's license, I would have been unable. I never noticed until I had a routine eye check, and I finally got glasses.

I really like seeing things.

For 9 years. Personally I'd rather wear them than contacts. But still, I don't think there's much discussion to be had here. Either "glasses are great", "glasses suck, NERD", or "I occasionally wear them". That's not exactly going to last long.

Although I am myopic and I have glasses, I don't wear them regularly, because for the most part, I can see well enough without them. I don't wear contacts either, and never will since my eyes are extremely sensitive.

Don´t you find it wierd when people wear glasses as a fashion item? Like people that don´t need them, but wear non-graduated glasses.
