You may however be thinking of the song 2,000 Miles, although it was probably the similarity of the names that thrrew you off. After all 2000 miles only charted at number fifteen in the UK despite being a christmas single, whereas Im Gonna Be (500 Miles) reached No 3 in America, and No 1 in Australlia. It even had a revival in 2007 as part of comic relief by Little Britain duo David Williamson and the tall bloke.

Tons and tons of quality songs take a while to listen to and vote on. These competitions can take up to two weeks to judge sometimes so youre just gonna have to be patient. If you think thats too long, try being a judge for yourself sometimes, its hard work, especially when the list is 50+ songs in length(thats over two hours of listening). In my opinnion, if you are a regular contributer to MAC's and other audio contest it should be mandatory that you judge one(after three submissions or so)

That being said, Ima try and be a judge next MAC

Ok guys. Didn't mean to offend, this thread's just been pretty quiet lately and I didn't know what was going on. And about judging, I would love to do it... but I like to submit to contests as well, and I wouldn't want to be a biased judge ;)
