When I saw the YouTube video of his neighbor, I just thought "What the fuck?"

Like yeah I know, people make mistakes and learn from them, and for that I can forgive them, but Kenny was an example of someone who made some really big mistakes and just kept making the same ones. He didn't learn when he made his 2nd video, and neither with the 3rd. They didn't step back and think for one second that "what we are doing is wrong", they just kept on doing it. People need to realize that. And abusing an innocent cat for god's sake, and aside from a few other things, there's nothing more sickening or wrong to me in the world than that.

I have a conscious, and when I do something wrong, I make things right. In fact, I kind of did something wrong last night, and I went back in ASAP, and made it right, because I knew what I did was wrong and unacceptable. I felt horrible and disgusted with myself. These boys obviously had no moment of such.

Kenny and his brother just kept abusing animals, even though they knew what they were doing was wrong. There is no way in hell they wanted to right what they did wrong, not after 3 videos of them abusing innocent animals, and I don't see them trying to right anything they did wrong anytime in the near future, unless they are forced to by some judge or state law.

Yes, the legal system will make them think twice about doing it again, but when they've made due for what they've done, there's no way I can think that they won't do it again.

Well since they are juveniles they are "punished" differently. In most states, the goal is rehabilitation rather than a sentence. With these guys, they will most likely get toss in to the juvenile detention center for a few months, required psych counseling, and court monitoring until they turn 18.

We won't know because like most states, OK automatically seals the court document for minors.

Okay, I know i'll come off as a total asshole but, I don't think they were abusive at all.

I think they were just messing around,not trying to bring any harm at all to the cat but in the process got a little too rough thus, bringing people to think they are utterly insane. I've seen this employee and the original video of "timmy" abusing the cat. And i just have to say: OMG! What are all those weeping silly little internet "ninjas" and supporters doing? Holy sh**! I mean you can see in the video how he was "torturing" the cat. This boy thought he was cool, by doin this acting. You can clearly see, that he didn't meant to harm the cat. He rather used the cat for what he thought was a fake video of animal abuse.
He wasn't even hitting the cat hard. The only two things the cat got scared about, where his screaming and the water (and maybe that Kenny grabbed a little too strong).
I'm not justifying his actions, however this boy never wanted to harm the cat. He rather saw it as toy to do his video.
I think what he did is wrong.
