I'd recommend mud and blood on her fur, possibly torn clothing or a bit of cloth hanging out of the corner of her mouth.

My favourite colour is Blern.

Posture is all wrong. You can't draw someone standing upright and [i assume] frowning. Hunched over, blood on hands and mouth, simple things to give it an edge.

True! I did a little bit of everything, taking a bit from the REASONABLE suggestions. Mostly Renaenae.
Here is the end result from 5 mins in flash.

take longer than 5 minutes in flash....say 30 mins.

spend time getting the eyes and mouth right, look on google images for inspiration

You should add more blood and sharper teeth.

fix the eyes, they just look sort of like a dumb stare, not a threatening wherewolf glare (I don't think that was spelt right but what ever)

throwing shaved squirrels at angry rabits will only result in hilarious situations, not the genetic binding of the two animals, :*(

You know what would help? Find a picture that has a dog grinning as a reference. I think the most "fearsome" aspect of the dog at that point is the teeth. They are fairly long, and they are fully exposed.

No need to go with the cliché "red-eyes" thing.

Sure, we all share one thing. We will all die sooner or later. Thank god.

Ya know, a lot of this would be easier If I had a draw pad and color software. Thing is, I work with frame-by-frame so quality won't be much of an issue. It would look a lot better with a background, I assure you all, but for now, I'm still working on my first animation. Not much time for this in particular. Thank you all for your tips and I have definately learned some things. Have a great day! :D

Add muscles, make thinner slits for here eyes, more wrinkles to define the face (preferably angry wrinkles), make her less hairy, and change her stance. Even Freddy Crougar is not scary when he stands like that.
