Really, for not even bloodying up a cat? You guys are acting like he's Hitler, which he's not. He deserves a punishment, but not something this horribly out of proportion. Perhaps if someone broke his arms and legs, and he got half a year in jail, that would be enough to get him to stop. His publicity on the internet must also be quite a doozy on him too, but killing and tortuing him much worse than he'd probably ever do to that cat is just a bit much, in my opinion.

But killing will leave a permanent mark. Injuries heal, deaths do not. If he had his arms and legs broken, they'll heal one day. And a new cat will be his victim(assuming they take Dusty from him). So, think AGAIN. This is serious. They said they found him barely alive. We should kill him because animals die easily. Or, just let him rot upside down above a pit of pissed off cats with his arms and legs torn off. Take your pick.
