3.93 / 5.00 4,634 ViewsAlright, so I have this creative writing teacher that is sort of cool. He tells a lot of stories, and a lot of them sound like bull. Some are believable, like he went to Japan to teach English. But he told us that a few summers ago, he went to the beach with his wife and found a severed head that washed up on shore. He also said that he served in Vietnam and had to have surgery to get a metal plate in his head. I think that is total BS.
So do you think I should believe him, or just let him be his crazy old self?
Seriously, he is pretty old and bald..
Let the old man have his fun thinking that his classroom believes his stories
Why does my mind feel so happy?
Ehh...The head thing, HE PROBABLY WOULD HAVE TAKEN A PICTURE. WHO WOULDN'T?!?! Maybe not, but that's probably a lie. As for the Vietnam thing, maybe so, maybe not. Ask his wife if it's bugging you that much.

I can't really ask his wife. Do you know your teachers wife? I don't. It's not like I could just say, "Hey, did you find a dead body at he beach with your husband?"
Well I had one too but it kinda was stupid since it was a public school. Wed go on shed say something and we had to stay quiet the entire time.
It's very possible to have a metal plate in your head if it was a surgery. The severed head thing, though, is stretch ng it. Of course, saying something is BS just because it sounds improbable or silly is wrong, too.
I have a pretty cool creative writing teacher as well. He doesn't like to set deadlines for projects, except for the big ones, and he allows us to well be creative. He doesn't bother with grammar and mistakes and he is willing to review anyone's papers.
I was actually able to write a poem, it's required.

LOLZ. Oh, never mind. I actually have met a couple of my teachers' spouses, but I figure you're right.
That's nothing. One of my teacher's thought there was a missle silo under the hockey field, he was abducted once, and that some countries like England didn't exist. He's a Senior Level Chemistry teacher...
Steal his stories and write your own novels.
I wouldn't believe him. Besides, if I thought it were a part of my head, I sure as hell would take it, just in case.
If I offer to help you in a post, PM me to get it. I often forget to revisit threads.

What reasons would you have to not believe him? The Vietnam War was over 40 years ago. If he's old now, he could have been drafted.

Why do you doubt an old timer?
Maybe he is bullshitting you guys, but hey.. it's making the class a bit more interesting isn't it?
