can anyone help me with this would the wacom intuos3 tablet work with adobe proffesional flash CS4 The only answer i got is probably but does anyone know for certain?

Yeah, they work with all Adobe CS4 products.

It will work but quick note make sure you install the drivers for it(CD included) otherwise you won't get any of the features, I made that mistake.
other note I would start with the wacom bamboo it's cheaper and from what I hear it works quite well.

Pressure sensitivity and other fancy features aside, the wacom tablets, if not all tablets, take control of your mouse. Anything you can do with your mouse, you can do on your tablet.
Pressure sensitivity may not be compatible with all software, but the shortcut buttons and the main function of the tablet will work within any software.
