I have the newest version of flash i bought today and when i make a button (i used over 5 tutorials)

it just blinks the 2 frames over and over

Talk about a complete waste of money.

What does it say next to the program name "Flash"? Does it say:
Flash MX
Flash 8
Flash CS3 ect.

You can find some good tutorials here. Scroll down for a good buttons tutorial.

u need to put the
stop();
code on the frame which you want it to stop on, so put it on the first frame
that should work
if it doesnt then u r doing it wrong, or u could send me the fla. file and i will fix it
