Firstly, I'm a virgin. The British education currently (not for much longer) works slightly different, in that you can be out at sixteen if you choose so. Those who move on to further education to bridge the gap into higher education may, if the school has the option, stay on at school, so I guess that counts in your question.

Even though I didn't, I think I can comment on my former school colleagues. Really, not many people ever talked about actually having sex. In some of the school subcultures, I guess it's more prevalent talk than others. You would hear a lot about girls in "higher" groups looking for a man only for sex, and not finding one. It's more likely in the further education cycle, since relationships had a chance to blossom and people got older.

I also hear more talk on sex in the college I go to now. It's not a university college, but something smaller; an alternative to school hosted further education to a degree, and other things. There's more adults really, so that explains that.
