on the last frame of the movie select it press f9 and type stop();

I hit F9 but wear do i type it, im sorry i have never done this, this is what im looking at

you type it at the part where it says "the current selection cannot have actions applied to it"
the reason you can't type in it now is because you have selected something. try clicking on a blank and empty space. then type in the AS
