If a white cop where to shoot a black suspect/use a club on a black suspect, even if it was very neccisary the first thing that would happen is some civil liberties group would scream racism, give the man a lawyer to sue the police department and stage a riot. How is this fair to hard working, honest cops who happen to get in that situation. I mean it happens in DC alot from what I hear. Well in the areas some of these cops patrol its prodominatly black so of course your going to have to put some white cops in the situation where they could be forced to do such a thing, and then the community will retaliate. WRONG. The design of human physiology is that if you don't use it you lose it. You use 100% of everything, but in different intensites... sorta like fat doesn't require that much oxygen because it doesn't do much. But it does serve a purpose of being there. It's the purpose which put it there. It's the purpose which drives it. Without a purpose it would simply be unreasonable to exist. So purposefully, it would have some purpose in the body.

Without sounding too much like Matrix... you use all of your brain, because all of your brain receives blood supply, if it wasn't used, it'd die off in a process called apoptosis.
