I just got a new boss at my job and I hate her. I have never worked with someone this mean. she does not even tell us what she wants us to do but instead just expects us to know everything and goes into bitchy rants if we ask her what wants us to do. for example for prep work she just puts all the food on a cart and tells us to prep it up. If any employee ask about how much she needs she blows up on us. so what is the worst person any of you have had to deal with?

If you work in a company where there are other people above her, you can complain about her methods being counter productive and promoting a negative work environment.
You know, big, important sounds things like that.

Better yet, call her out on it. Be tactful, don't get angry or abusive, just point out calmy every single thing she's doing wrong. Not personal, just in regards to her business practices.

If you're fired, sue. Make more money getting her fired and you paid than you would have made working there in a lifetime.
