Here are my questions:
How do you use the ink bottle tool?
Where are the color styles (eg. Solid, Linear, Radial etc.)?
How does the bone tool work?
As you see from my questions, I'm a beginner in Flash.

Then you should have bought Flash 8.
Anal Nerve endings enable individuals to distinguish between flatus and feces, although loose stool can confuse the individual, occasionally resulting in accidental defecation

That didn't help. I'll take it as one of the worst advices I ever heard.

I haven't upgraded from CS3 yet, but if you press F1 while in Flash and then click 'Using Flash' in the left-hand column, there's a list of things to learn, including a drawing section.
Also, there's always Google

I, too, need all of the help I can get. Problem with the flash turotial page is that it often describes things having to do with older versions of flash; but all I have is CS4. And I'm such an incredible newb with flash that I don't really have the experience to fully apply what I've learned about older versions of flash into a newer version. I've tinkered around with it with limited results but nothing good enough to post yet. So all of you awesome flash magicians: HELP!!!!

Do you know what it does?
Where are the color styles (eg. Solid, Linear, Radial etc.)?
I have CS3, but surely there in the color mixer panel.
How does the bone tool work?
You can find that in flash help. F1
As you see from my questions, I'm a beginner in Flash.
Also known as a noob.

Use it on something you've drawn with the vector paintbrush tool and it will add a line border.
Where are the color styles (eg. Solid, Linear, Radial etc.)?
Solid is solid colour, Linear is a linear gradient (2 or more colours morphing into each other) and Radial is a circle gradient (same as linear but in a circle).
How does the bone tool work?
You create the skeleton and then you drag the connected parts and they only move how they would if they were connected to the other one.. I'm not sure if you can impose limits to the joints. This is an incredibly vague question.
As you see from my questions, I'm a beginner in Flash.
Indeed, but these questions show you have very little skill with computers - if you're unsure what something is, play with it.. google and help documentation should always be the first step. If it's a more specific question then we will help as much as we can :)
Sup, bitches :)

"Where"
It's a window you add on to your workspace. Via Window>Color
