The deeply named:
Fuck You!
What is this wonderful game?
Fuck You! is a game of tension, violence, swearing, cards, and chips.
How may I partake?
Rules:
All players stand around a table. The entire deck is dealed out in even (as possible) quantities. All cards in each person's hand should be seen by nobody. The deck should be given out one card at a time, going clockwise around the table and starting at the person to the left of the dealer. Chips (as many as possible) are handed out to each player. If there are few enough players, each should get a different color chip.
We start with a player, selected by the dealer, declaring a card (suit and color do not matter). This player then puts the top card of his or her deck face up on the table. Each player does the same, going clockwise around the table. If any of them plays the card that was declared, or a joker, every other player at the table screams "Fuck you!" and throws one chip at the person who played the card.
Every player, except for the one that was just pegged, grabs two chips for the next round. Every time a player is pegged, and it wasn't you, you gain another chip for the next round. Every time you get chips thrown at, you go back down to one chip. The idea is that if a person can go, for example, ten rounds without playing the death card, they will have ten chips to throw at the losers.
The next part is where (a small amount of) strategy comes in. The person who just lost the round carefully takes a look at all of the cards that were just played on the table. The cards on the table are then put face down, shuffled up, and dealed back to the players. The player who just lost gets to decide three things:
The death card for next round, and two players.
One of the players is the person who will go first next round.
The other selected player must put the cards he or she just received on the top of their hand (thus increasing his or her chances of getting chips thrown at them next round). All other players may choose to place their cards on the bottom of the deck or shuffle them up. (This would be wise, considering that the loser of the the previous round saw all cards on the table before selecting the death card).
The game starts over again.
Also, if anybody loses a chip after throwing it, they must go back down to one chip. This is to prevent the losing of chips.
An example of a round:
Players - Jon, Jim, Sally, Suzy.
Dealer - Jon
All players are standing around the table, cards in one hand, chip in the other. They are ready to jump out of the way like a ninja.
The cards are passed out to the players (Jim > Sally > Suzy > Jon > Jim > Sally > Suzy > Jon ...).
Jon selects Sally to go first.
Sally picks the King to be the death card, and she plays down the card on the top of her deck.
She jumps back a bit and sighs with happiness that it was a 3.
Suzy plays down her card (8)
Jon plays a Queen.
They play down cards for several more rotations until Jim plays a King.
Jim cringes with fear as Sally, Suzy, and Jon yell "Fuck you!" and throw their chips at Jim.
It wasn't very painful, as everybody only had one chip.
Sally, Suzy, and Jon grab two chips.
Jim surveys the cards and notes that there are two 4's on the table.
He selects 4 to be the death card for next round, and chooses Sally to put her cards on top.
He chooses himself to go first.
The game starts over again.

Any questions or requests for rule clarifications shall be posted here.
Or if you have invented a game of any sort, then I would be glad to hear it.

To peg is a term commonly used to describe the action of throwing something at somebody.
Death card?
I didn't want to say "The card that, when played, would cause the player to get chips thrown at them" over and over again.
I thought it would have been self explanatory, but I guess not.
Explain.
Done.
