Wow, to be honest, by reading the article, what she (or he) did was life-changing. It's permanent, she (or he) will never go back to the way she (or he) was. I wouldn't want to change my gender, I just think it's just another way of saying "Well, I don't care much for this gender, so I think this gender suits me better, time to be a imitation of a gender in hopes no one will notice I changed myself in order for me to feel better about myself."

Yeah, but that all depends on the country and the language. It's a valid question since here Nicole is a common name for females all ages. Seems not to be the same over there.

Actually if he(now she) had always been femine in the mind then it probably was the better decision.

But that still doesn't mean that changing yourself to be a different gender shouldn't be recommended. When it all comes all down to it, he (or she) will probably realize she isn't a true "female", and like what I said from my previous post, just an "imitation" of one.

I mean, good for her that she admitted that he (or she) wasn't a man, but a woman. But don't you think the relatives of his/her family will frown on him/her for doing this? I mean, I don't know what her family life is, but if it was me and I did it, I can tell people will act differently towards me, whether it be bad or good.

I have no problem with these type of people. she is allowed to have this operation at her age in her country. there are people going through that "transition" in their preteens in some countries. it is much better for the process the earlier they do it and that is why they look more feminine and attractive since they havent fully developed into a man.

That is what most people would hope for but to be honest I have yet to hear of a transexual with different sex organs. While those surgeries may be legal in some places (other than the US) it isnt likely you would have the great ammount of money required to do it.
