A Man Threatened Me And My Mates!

Saturday Night - A Man, aged 28, threatened too put my mates head through a windows...

Story:

Crazed Man

A typical Saturday night, my friend Anthony offers for us too go too the farm (big open fields) and have a snow ball fight (It's snowing in my area). Me and my other Friend Stephen agree.

On our way there we see a group of 16 year olds have a snowball fight by a care home. We all agree we should wait for them too finish instead of getting pelted by SnowBalls. Suddenly "SPLAT"! there was a big thump on a window. The boys ran off laughing up the farmers fields into our local community. We new we were gonna get the blame for this and run up the fields also.

With the boys out of sight we start throwing snow at each other, in the darkness a man is walking up too use, at this moment we didn't know who he was or if he just was walking home or something. He got closer too me... Suddenly he pushed me in a agressive mood, "What the hell was that for" i shout at him "Did you throw a fucking snowball at my window!?" He pointed too the care home. He was a social worker.

I shout back "No! You crazed Fuck" he pushed me again this time harder. I got scared and ran a few meters back. He screamed at us "Well who fucking did!?" My friend Anthony said "we didn't", " i fucking saw ya" he yelled back. This Man looked 28 and was really BIG! We got abit scared.

Suddenly he grabs Anthony almost around the neck and starts swinging him about. Anthony said too him " What you gonna do!?" He replied by grabbing him around the collar and swinging him about. I got scared for my friends sake and started trying too break the mans hold on my friend shouting "Let go of him!" The man threw Anthony too the ground and said "If that snowball has so much as dented the window ill put your head threw it!"

After he left we talked about it threatening too sue him. After all he was a social worker and was supposed too look after kids not throttle them. We told Anthony's dad but he didn't seem too care much, much too my suprise >:(

Re-Encounter

Later we got bored and decided we would go back and play in the snow. As we walked past the care home we noticed the man was in the front garden. He stared at us and we stared back. "Well go on then, throw another one, i dare you!" Threatened the youth worker. "We didn't too the fucking window your denreanged loony!" I yelled. This man was pissing me off. He started saying "I could have you done for, trespassing, vandilism, possesion of a dangerous weapon (i'm guessing he meant the snow ball XD) Stephen added too the end of the speach "Child - Abuse" Anthony also added "I though you were meant too look after kids not strangle them" "You should sue him Anthony" i said. The Mans attitude suddenly changed " I'm sorry, i just didn't like you chucking snow at the window" He muttered. "How many fucking times, we didn't!" I shouted. Anthony said "So you'r admiting it?" the man was silent. "Well?" Stephen shouted, "Or i you gonna put our heads through a window" I shouted in anger. "Be fair, i never said that" He replied too us. "Yes you fucking did, you said If the window is damaged i'll put your heads through it, were gonna have you Done!" The Man appologized even more and kept saying "There's no need too drag this out, is there? I amdmit it and i am sorry" i shouted back "All we need is this on tape for court!" Later we left him too play in the snow.

AfterMath

Our parents went too see him and he said sorry but said he saw us chuck the SnowBall. Were probaly gonna get the police involded but when this man pushed my freind too the floor and stood over him like he was gonna kill him it really freaked me out. I just wish i could have done more.. I find this sick, when we were arguing he said there was girls in the care home, seriously you fucking cares? Would he have done the same too them? All i want is this man too suffer for what he has done this typical Saturday Night.

We did, saying it wasn't use. He was'nt having done of it. So we got angry and swore.

Interesting story, but you should definitely have been more clear with you not doing it and that some other, older kids did it. Don't do what the retarded characters in shows and movies do in these situations, just tell what you see unless it has a negative effect on you or somebody you know. Because those kids are obviously asswipes who deserve a little punishment.

And for the love of god, don't swear. This only makes you look more guilty.

Wow, no way in hell im reading all that. But the police? I would have some sort of talk with him, if he hits you and leaves marks that's an even better time to go to the police. But tell him straight up you didn't do shit and that his actions and threats were unjustified, and that you don't want any trouble. And like i said, if he beats the hell out of you, go to the police and press assault charges =P.
