NG Year Categories.

I think :

09`ers : Are pretty cool so far...they dont go around on the first day like the 08`ers used to do thinking they know all about newgrounds.

08`ers : In general i think they are cheeky but some are pretty cool and a few did some good animations for newgrounds so they arent all that bad.

07`ers : Assholes.....just assholes in general...meh i think we are pretty cool as well 07 was a pretty good year on ng.

06`ers : Informative people and help out the new people and know quite a bit about NG .

05`ers : I think these guys are a bit rare i dont see them that much but from what i know they are pretty helpfull and whenever someone asks a question about life,plants,home-works....etc they help.

04`ers- 00`ers : Rare and from what i know they make an ocasional helpfull post now and then.

99 - 95....??? : Legends mostly.

What do you think about the year categories ? Do you think your in the right categorie ?

Well, thousands of people sign up each year, and there's room for a lot of different type of people in those groups. Of course, epople who stick around for longer tend to be people who get along with people in general.

I think someone lacks a little common sense, if you look at TomFulps profile, you can see his sign up date is 1999 so if you are suggesting that there are '95 signups, you are saying people joined before the owner, lol.

I don't like the idea of catagarising users and there are still a fair few '04 - '00 signups, I've seen a few. Signup date is almost as meaningful as post count.

hey i remember the old forum from somewhere !

It was black and white and it even had dates on it!.

So those people are legends as i mentioned so i was technicaly right people from 99-95 are legends on NG ( in general ) not NG ground gold or NG new just NG.

You're right it was around in 1995, clever you, you can read. But no one signed up then because there was no sign up till 1999, someone can correct this but looking at the Way Back Macine, the message board was introduced in 1999 which is why users have '99 sign up dates, the automated portal didn't come to the site till 2000.

It is impossible to fine a user with a sign up of '95 - '98, not rare, just plain impossible.
