I don't think he is because it's for comedy and shouldn't be taken seriously. Even if he does think everyone is a communist and HGV drivers are murderers.

Some of what he says is taken as being politically incorrect. Political correctness comes from the old Soviet idea of Political Correction where anyone who disagreed with what was required of them was 'corrected', ie beaten until they relented. So the fact that he says things that are taken to be "politcally incorrect" doesn't surprise me, when you consider the psuedo-socialist nanny state we're living in.

Oh how I love Jeremy Clarkson's humour in his shows and articles, he's describing things that are annoying to this country and taking a funny approach to it all. Also about the HGV reference, the twattish murderer who did kill innocent girls should be prosecuted and laughed at for his failure at life.
