i know how to make a picture from flash but i all was ends up bad (dots ) what do i do?

maybe cause your exporting to a low quality gif setting. try jpg or bitmap or png

i cant do bit map form pictures for ng

If you want to upload it to NG,
Export as JPG, and then set quality to 100.
Best results guaranteed.

Do what everyone else has said, or, if you have Photoshop, export the picture as a PNG and change it into a .gif of .jpg in Photoshop; Photoshop is great about not taking away quality while changing filetypes. This is useful for NG user icons.
