I always thought it was a pretty cool game. It's a lot cooler if you end up achieving the maximum level possible, though. That way you get all these cool weapons and outfits you get to screw around with.

One of the funniest clothing items in that game is the horse head. The cut scene where he goes out the vent door is funny if you have that on. That horse head peaks up over the door unintentionally. I laugh every time.

But yeah, pretty cool game overall. It was actually the first game I had for my 360.

It was a pretty amazing game. I've spent my fair share of hours killing zombies with anything I could grab. Teddy bears, bowling balls, benches, etc.

Dead Rising is an amazing game. It has so much replay value for countless hours of zombie slaying fun. Definitely a must have for every 360 owner. I simply can not wait for the sequel.

The Zombie Genocider achievement is impossible unless u have nothing better to do the entire day. It's also fun to get the mini-chainsaw and get the three books which make it last the whole game. I took the mini-chainsaw and ran towards the convicts. They were no match against my chainsaws.

The game isn't just awesome, it's EPIC!!!

The gameplay has a lot of replay value, and the plot was pretty good. The humor is amazing, while the gory scenes were brilliant!

The only problem I had was the small text it had if you were playing it on a regular TV. I have a widescreen at my house, but when I played the game at my friend's house once....I couldn't enjoy it as much.....

Despite how awesome this game is I have always felt that Capcom made some simple mistakes and left out such little things that could have easily been better. Things like the small text, the aiming system, and the fact that you can't quit out to the main menu during any game mode. Of course these could have been fixed with a quick patch but Capcom was so into Lost Planet after the release of Dead Rising they kind of just forgot about it.

Dead Rising, quite a good game but the AI of the suvivors SUCKS. Its like everyone in this mall was a hunch-backed cretinous moron with the life exoectancy of a limbless frog in a shower of cruise missiles.

Very true and if you ever decide to give a shotgun to your survivor, then you will die. The whole give your weapon with 1 bullet left to a survivor which makes it infinite feature is cool at times when your being mobbed but anything else about the survivors sucked. Also the psychopaths in the mall were cool. Not the yellow jacket guys but the ones like Adam and Beth, etc.....

I liked the game but the part were Frank is in underwear was completely unnecessary, like when you are captured by the Special Ops. The rest of the game was really great and I do hope a sequel comes out.

The type of zombie is really relevant on the type of infection. L4D zombies are more like the infected from 28 days/weeks later movies. I wish there was more of a story behind the infection in L4D but it's still a great game. Dead risings wasp parasite zombie idea was ingenious. Usually infection is caused by a virus, I wasn't expecting the wasps. Dead Rising is a great game once you understand how to play it. The storyline is great, but a lot of people don't get the true ending because it takes so much effort.
