Gamestop has put together a list of games that they want and will pay the most for. It looks like they will give around $37 for these games which compared to the prices they tried to give you before is pretty good.
Of course you could probably sell them to a friend or sell it on Ebay and you can get more money potentially but it is a step up from the past offers.

I've worked there for a couple of years and these are by far the best prices for trade-ins I've ever seen. I think they're getting desperate especially because employee hours are getting cut.

Eh, I don't care. There's a place near my school that gives almost as much money the gae is worth. I bought a DS gamee (30 bucks) and the trade in value was 27

You're probably still better off just selling your games online or to a friend, that way you'll actually make money. The store is going to simply mark up the price after they buy the games from you, so you're better off just selling yours game for the same price as them.

Finally, at least I'll be paid roughly 1/2 of the original price of a game instead of 1/4 like they usually do.
Now I regret selling MGS4 before this deal (only got about $15) and breaking Uncharted.

Yeah. What the hell? I should go look tomorrow to see if they have any signs up about that because I'd love to listen to them explain why they didn't give me at least an extra 10 dollars. I wonder if they'll add some credit if I show them the receipt.

Hmm well maybe they were only giving $20 for that one and the featured ones you only get $37. That doesn't make sense though because it would seem you would normally get about 20 for a game like Far Cry 2 though.

They still rip you off, I only buy games from there. You can actually make a profit by ripping off some idiot little kids on the bus. They will pay you more money than the game is new if you lie to them and say that it is a great game and they are getting a good deal.

Hmm, I'm thinking about trading maybe Gears of War 2 in for money to buy Call of Duty: World at War.
Pity that my least ineresting games such as Lost Planet, Kameo, DDR: Revolution Universe, and GRAW 2 isn't in the list.
I want some money for Halo Wars and Grand Theft Auto 4 also, maybe even Operation Flashpoint 2 or ARMa 2. Halo 3: Recon is another game to get later.

I went to the actual site that you got the picture from and it specifies that this deal is only available in Canada. I went to my local store and asked them about this, and they were completely oblivious to any kind of promotion like this. So finally I went to the website where the news about this came from and it says right in the article that it's Canada only.
