Except they accept the culture stereotypes of women because they consider themselves one.

Not all MtFs go this route, many remain somewhat "butch" when they transition. In fact, the "girliest" of cross-dressers are usually straight men.

They can.
"born a girl" & "He was able to conceive because he kept his female organs when he switched genders. "
And sex changes get anymore extensive than this? Where else do you put your internal organs?

It's more than one operation, it takes years of drug treatment and bodily changes. It's not just a snap where you can walk into a clinic and when you come out you're a completely different gender.
how does this relate to the discussion WE were having? I am not talking about the number of ops. YOU said "And sex changes get anymore extensive than this? " well YES is my answer
My point is, what makes it a 'full' change? One op and some pills? Two? Three? More? When you're satasfied with the results?
well in my opinion keeping ALL your female reproductive organs INCLUDING the vagina is NOT a full change, you dont agree??? its more common for people who have a sex change to be unable to bear children afterwards (incase of f>>m). furtghermore a FULL change can be considered as having everything done which is medically possible and applicable, which defines the meaning of full.

They can.
No.....They cannot.....
If a man or woman....has a sex change..... meaning they have had their whole reproductive system taken away, meaning they are no longer able to ever have kids, thats what the full sex change is.
If the man or woman keeps their reproductive organs, they haven't gone the full distance.
Heres something to think about, if a man or woman wants to have a sex change, theyre usually homosexual right? But WTF, how would they be able to have a homosexual relationship with the same sex if they haven't their original sexual organs anymore, I mean how would the sexual reproductive organs (unfunctional ones) oposite sex appeal to a homosexual person? lol
Its like on southpark when Mr garrison has a sex change n Mr slave isn't attracted to him anymore lol

Actually, I believe most transexuals are heterosexual with respect to their assigned sex (that is, most mtf are attracted to women), though they have higher rates of homosexuality.
Besides, it's not really the method of sex that defines a homosexual person, but the people they want to have sex with.

Ah anyway, I really want to hammer this in as clear as I can.
If a man or woman has a boob job or breast reduction, has plastic surgery, maybe even has their bones somehow shaped n formed to mimick the oposite sex (I really don't know if thats even possible).
All the other things that would follow an actual sex change, but the last part (chop off the penis/vagina all the reproductive stuff and stick a nonfunctional replica of the oposite in there) if that doesn't take place then it isn't a sex change at all, anything other than that is the eqivelant of putting on makeup n a wig.
So that enforces my statement that a person who has a sex change can not have kids in their normal way and never ever in the oposite way.
I really hope I cleared that up.

Well all get that Shaggy.
You don't seem to understand there is more to this than being able to have kids. Transexuals change genders for more than one reason.

I think that was self implied so don't worry about it.
My question, is what do they do about the adam's apple for the mtf gender benders.
While there are already many aspects that could point out what they truly are in public, the adams apple would seem to be a more visible marker.

Hmm, well a transexual er hermaphrodite....whatevah, yeah they would be able to have kids if they had one of their genders removed.
.....That does spark a few questions n ideas.....should get a person on who knows alot about the human brain, cuz I remember hearing about a man or woman's brain being put in the wrong body er something.
If somone could put a few graphs n pics up about what parts of the brain are used by one gender n not used by the other n all that crap, that'd be cool.
The other thing I was thinking is if there is no real difference between a male n female's brain, wtf lol.

I recall a surgery that reduces the size of the adams apple.
