I heard something about a remake; but without Campell as Ash and without Sam Raimi directing this will be an epic fail. Hopefully this never will be done.

It's true, there is going to be an Evil Dead 4, and yes Bruce will be in it, as well as Sam Directing.

I heard that they were remaking the first Evil Dead.

Probably the funniest horror movies I've ever seen. I mean, how many movies have tree rape in it? Huh? Yeah, that's what I thought...

It's total BS, and if it isn't they need to scrap the Idea right now, I don't want them to ruin the series by making another one all high budget with good special effects and shit, they old ones were great and I don't want to see any fucking sequels or remakes.
