Ok I live in Missouri, and near me is the National Brotherhood of Electrical Workers, or the NBEW. They do an apprenticship program where you are trained to be an electrician, and get paid. This starts at $16 an hour, and increases to $25 after the aprenticship, which usually last a year. Then, every 2 years, I can actually make $2 an hour raises. So yeah, $27 would be in three years, but after ten years, im making $32 an hour. And, because its a union, I get a BA insurance plan, and retirement out the a-hole...
