I heard from my English teacher that the English law has been changed again.
Now it isn't required that you put a comma (,) before the words: and & or.
All because the stupid idiots who refuse to learn English correctly are the majority.

The correct old way : Newgrouders like porn, cocaine, and fapping.
The wrong new way : Newgrouders like porn, cocaine and fapping.

I think I'm going to go crazy over these stupid changes. Discuss!

Your "wrong new way" is actually the correct way for England.

Also, there's no "English law" protecting the language, it is allowed to evolve naturally. Hence the difference between American and English. Contrast to French, which does have laws protecting it.

Both are valid and always have been, haven't they? I've always been told that the comma isn't required, but there's no harm in putting it there anyway.
